We support and empower our Africa based clients through various clinical research capacity building initiatives. We do this through the use of sound business management principles and methodology. We can also provide clinical staffing resources to clinical sites.
What we do
We affect change through our project partnership and collaborations and through a fundamental approach of understanding the importance of team work. We also seek to understand our clients needs and work towards putting things in place to meet the demands of operational delivery excellence. We start with a phone or web based consultation and then an onsite visit where we scope out services and interventions required. This allows us to asses how we can make the most difference and where we should focus on. The outcome of the scoping exercise will form the basis for developing our initial support proposal.
Once funding is established, we contract our Stakeholders in-and then assign a Clinical Program Manager who will support the project/s during its entire lifecycle.
