We also seek to understand our clients needs and work towards putting things in place to meet the demands of operational delivery excellence.  We start with:

  1. RFQ (scoping)

  2. Proposal

  3. Briefing

  4. Project Implementation

  5. Project Closure

This allows us to asses how we can make the most difference and where we should focus on. The outcome of the scoping exercise will form the basis for developing our proposal.   

Once project is established, we contract our Stakeholders in-and then assign a Program Manager who will support the project/s during its entire lifecycle.​
